Now under the PDA tab, select the file “CF-Root-XX_UNK_JVQ-v3.7-CWM3RFS.tar”.

Hi… I’ve been searching everywhere, but am still confused about something. Can i9000 (Galaxy S, if I’m not mistaken) firmware work on a p1000 (Galaxy Tab 7″) device?

No, both the devices are different and hence the firmwares are different!
