Some user at XDA reported that, new update is not working outside US, like “No music, no movies, no magazines”, but after you register it, you’ll see every update even outside US. It is somewhat similar to Google Play Store version 3.5.19 but authentication method is different now. New update worked fine on GSM Galaxy Nexus, HTC Sensation.
