Now a new issue in the Xperia Z security has been exposed, according to many users, they have been successful in bypassing the passcode of Xperia Z lockscreen.

In both Xperia C660X handsets, passcode lockscreen has been bypassed. After iPhone 5 was into news as its lockscreen was bypassed recently, so now is the case with the Xperia Z, Sony’s latest flagship device.
Now we will tell you how to bypass Xperia Z passcode lockscreen in a few simple steps.

Requirement :- On your Xperia Z, you must have PIN enabled as unlocking the lockscreen. If its not there, go to “Settings > Security > Screen Lock > PIN > enable your PIN lock via entering your passcode. Now comes to homescreen and unlock your homescreen.


*#*#7378423#*#* > Service menu > Service Tests > NFC > NFC Diag Test > Press Home button


  • Go to your passcode lockscreen, Click on “Emergency Call” option. Check screenshot below…

  • Then on “Emergency call” window, type number “*#*#7378423#*#*” to access the “service menu” of your Xperia Z. This code works on all Xperia handsets (but not this bypassing method). Check screenshot below…

  • As soon as you type the number “”*#*#7378423#*#*” service menu appears as shown in below pic, Click on “Service Tests” option. Check screenshot below…
  • Click on “NFC” option from the list displayed. Check screenshot below…

  • Now as soon as your “NFC Diag test” results are displayed. Press “Home” button on your Xperia Z and you will enter into the Homescreen of your Xperia Z.

See are you amazed you just now bypassed your Xperia Z Lockscreen via a simple method “*#*#7378423#*#* > Service menu > Service Tests > NFC > NFC Diag Test > Press Home button“.
You can’t alter your phone’s homescreen without knowing PIN/Password but all other areas of phone can be accessed very easily.
The above method of lockscreen bypassing works very well on Xperia Z, we also tested this bypassing method on our Xperia SL LT26ii but it didn’t work.

    J’ai essayé votre méthode sur le smartphone sony xperia e que je viens d’acheter ce matin et qui s’est bloqué avant que je ne puisse configurer ou enregistrer quoi que ce soit, on me demande un numero “emergency call” je ne sais plus quoi faire votre méthode ne fonctionne pas sur mon smartphone. Je ne peux atteindre aucuns menu et donc ne sais pas employé mon téléphone.
